WHY LISTEN TO ME?
Hi! I’m Jen and I'm a Social Media Strategist, manager and mentor from Sweden who help female business owners make more money while working less!
I am a former journalist and i have worked within media and marketing most of my life. I started my first business in 2003 because i never felt like i wanted a 9-5 job. I wanted freedom.
Somewhere along the way of dabbling with different business ideas, I had a huge crash health wise, I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and later one I self-diagnosed myself with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
For years I was so ill that I couldn't leave the house and I since I didn't get any help from Doctor's or the Welfare System, I had to find a way to make money with minimum energy, running a business from my couch.
Eventually I found a way to heal myself from the Chronic Fatigue and I when I did I knew that my purpose was to help others in the same situation.
I became a Burnout & Fatigue Coach and during those years I learned a lot about how to market myself as a coach online, especially on social media, and eventually I decided to pivot into my current business as a Social Media Manager and Digital Marketer.
Now I have my most successful business yet, making more money than I ever have in my life while only working 15 hours per week and having that freedom I wanted all along.
And the best thing is that I have a business that is flexible and hustle free, adjusted after my health and lifestyle so i don't have to burn out ever again!
